(Announcement No.: 2022-014) was disclosed. After the post audit, the company found that due to clerical errors, the name of the new chairman and legal representative of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. was written incorrectly. Now the relevant contents in the original announcement are corrected as follows:

Before correction:
Mr. Li Nianfeng was elected as the director and chairman of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. through the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting and the board of directors of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. According to the articles of association of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. “the legal representative of the company shall be the chairman”, the legal representative of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. shall be changed from Mr. Yang Jian to Mr. Li Nianfeng.
After correction:
Through the resolutions of the shareholders’ meeting and the board of directors of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd., Mr. Li Nianfeng was elected as the director and chairman of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. According to the articles of association of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. “the legal representative of the company shall be the chairman”, the legal representative of Yunnan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. shall be changed from Mr. Yang Jian to Mr. Li Nianfeng.
