On February 11, 2022, the company disclosed the announcement on delaying the reply to the attention letter of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Announcement No.: 2022-019). The company applied to Shenzhen Stock Exchange to complete the reply to the attention letter (company Department attention letter [2021] No. 354) before February 18, 2022. Since the contents of the letter of concern received by the company (company department’s letter of concern [2021] No. 354 and company department’s letter of concern [2022] No. 115) are interrelated, the workload and related parties involved in the verification and problem rectification are large.
