Approved by the reply on approving Xinyangfeng Agricultural Technology Co.Ltd(000902) public issuance of convertible corporate bonds (zjxk [2021] No. 20) of China Securities Regulatory Commission, Xinyangfeng Agricultural Technology Co.Ltd(000902) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) publicly issued 10000000 convertible corporate bonds on March 25, 2021, with a face value of 100 yuan each and a total issuance amount of 1 billion yuan. Among them, the company’s controlling shareholder Yangfeng Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yangfeng group”) and its concerted actor Mr. Yang Caixue placed 5208000 Yangfeng convertible bonds, accounting for 52.08% of the total issuance.
