Beijing Compass Technology Development Co.Ltd(300803) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was listed on the growth enterprise market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange in November 2019, Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) (hereinafter referred to as “601211}”) is the sponsor of the company’s initial public offering and listing on the growth enterprise market (hereinafter referred to as “initial listing”), and the supervision period will continue until December 31, 2022. Mr. Peng Kai Mr. Liu ailiang is the representative of continuous supervision and recommendation of the company’s IPO project.
The company received Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) letter on changing Beijing Compass Technology Development Co.Ltd(300803) continuous supervision and recommendation representative on February 11, 2022. Mr. Liu ailiang no longer served as the continuous supervision and recommendation representative of the company’s IPO project due to personal work reasons. In order to ensure the orderly progress of continuous supervision, Guotai Junan Securities Co.Ltd(601211) appointed Mr. Shen Zhao to replace Mr. Liu ailiang to continue to perform the responsibility of continuous supervision.
