Announcement on the review opinion of Dading mining on obtaining mineral resources reserves

Guangdong Mingzhu Group Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Mingzhu mining”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangdong Mingzhu Group Co.Ltd(600382) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), recently received a letter from Guangdong Dading Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Dading mining”). According to the letter, Dading mining has received the reply on the transfer of mining right of Dading Iron Mine of Guangdong Dading Mining Co., Ltd. (He Zi Zi Zi Han [2022] No. 44). Heyuan Natural Resources Bureau agrees in principle that Dading mining will transfer its Dading Iron Mine (mining license No.: c44000020901220002781) to Mingzhu mining. Pearl mining and Dading mining still need to go to the Department of natural resources of Guangdong Province to register the change of mining right. In addition, Dading mining has received the review opinion of mineral resources reserves (Yue Zi Chu Shen Ping Zi [2022] No. 17) (hereinafter referred to as the “review opinion of mineral resources reserves”) in the verification report of iron resources reserves in the head ore section of Dading mining area, Lianping County, Guangdong Province issued by Guangdong mineral resources reserves review center And the reply from the Department of natural resources of Guangdong Province agreeing to review and record the reserves, the total amount of new building stones verified this time is 16495.96x104m3, which is converted into about 440081000 tons according to the density of relevant natural blocks. The relevant details of the review opinions on mineral resources and reserves are summarized as follows:
1、 Review purpose
This report review is to provide geological basis for increasing mining minerals.
2、 Resource review results
(I) evaluation base date: October 31, 2021.
(II) industrial indicators: the verification of resource reserves mainly refers to the industrial indicators of mineral deposits in the code for mineral geological exploration of iron, manganese and chromium (DZ / T 0200-2020) and the code for mineral geology and mineral resources of building stones (GB / T 0341-2020), At the same time, the industrial indicators issued by the Ministry of metallurgical industry (79) Metallurgical Zi No. 644 in 1979 “opinions on industrial indicators of Lianping Dading Iron Mine” are used to determine the industrial indicators of the deposit verified this time, as follows:
1. Industrial indicators of iron ore deposits
(1) Industrial grade: TFE ≥ 25%. Wherein, TFE of rich magnetite is ≥ 40%, and TFE of poor magnetite is ≥ 25%. (2) Cut off grade (low grade iron ore): TFE ≥ 20%.
(3) Industrial indicators of associated tin and zinc: SN 0.1%, Zn 0.2%.
(4) The minimum minable thickness is 2m, and the thickness of stone inclusion removal is ≥ 2m.
2. Granite ore, metamorphic sandstone ore and skarn ore for construction
(1) Saturated compressive strength of igneous rock ≥ 80MPa; Saturated compressive strength of metamorphic rock and skarn ore ≥ 60MPa. (2) Alkali activity reaction: when the alkali activity test of petrographic method is evaluated as non alkali activity, it shall be taken as the final conclusion; If it is evaluated as alkali activity or suspicious, the length measurement method shall be carried out. After the inspection, the test piece shall be free of cracks, crisp cracks, colloid overflow and other phenomena, and the reaction expansion rate of alkali aggregate (%) < 0.10%.
(3) Soundness (based on mass loss,%) class I ≤ 5%, class II ≤ 8%, class III ≤ 12%.
(4) Crushing index (%) class I ≤ 10%, class II ≤ 20%, class III ≤ 30%.
(5) Sulfate and sulfide content (SO3 mass fraction%) class I ≤ 0.5%, class II ≤ 1.0%, class III ≤ 1.0%.
(6) Mining technical conditions: the lowest mining elevation of the whole area is 460m; Minable thickness ≥ 3M; Removal thickness of stone inclusion ≥ 2m; Stripping ratio ≤ 0.5:1; Estimated slope angle of soft rock and soil ≤ 45 °, estimated slope angle of hard rock and ore body ≤ 60 °; The minimum width of stope chassis is 40m.
3. Construction sand (strongly weathered granite) mine
For construction sand (strongly weathered granite) ore, refer to the quality requirements in sand for construction (GB / t14684-2011).
(III) review of resource changes
The total amount of iron ore resources, ore amount 96000.1kt, associated tin metal amount 64435t and zinc metal amount 154166t were found in the verification of the mining license scope of Dading Iron Mine of Guangdong Dading Mining Co., Ltd, Compared with the “2007 verification report” (58605.4kt of iron ore, 34560t of associated Sn metal and 82084t of Zn metal) and the “2008 supplementary exploration report” (1609.1kt decrease in the certificate) (95003.9kt in the certificate), the amount of iron ore increased by 996.2kt, 168T decrease in associated Sn metal and 2160t increase in Zn metal. Main reasons: first, the zk1210 and zk1209 drilling projects have found iron ore body, the scale of No. I iron ore body has increased, and the new iron ore resource is 122.9kt; Second, the mass fraction of associated tin has changed (“the associated Sn in the 2007 verification report” is 0.068%, while the current verification is 0.067%), resulting in the reduction of the amount of tin metal; Third, it is caused by the error of resource re estimation.
In this verification, the controlled resource amount of granite ore for construction is 8947.5x104m3, and the inferred resource amount is 1543.5x104m3; The controlled resource amount of metamorphic sandstone mine for construction is 3073.2x104m3, and the inferred resource amount is 217.2x104m; The controlled resource amount of skarn ore for construction is 850.96x104m3, and the inferred resource amount is 1863.6x104m3; The amount of sand for construction (strongly weathered granite) is 102.5x104m3.
3、 Review conclusion
The verification report of iron ore resources and reserves in the mine head section of Dading mining area, Lianping County, Guangdong Province meets the requirements of the verification report of resources and reserves. The industrial indicators and resource estimation are reasonable. It is agreed that the report is reviewed and approved, and it is recommended to review and record it, which can be used as the geological basis for changing minerals.
