As the independent financial adviser of this transaction, Anxin Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the independent financial adviser”) has carefully verified whether the cumulative rise and fall of New Hua Du Supercenter Co.Ltd(002264) share price exceeds 20% after excluding the influence of market factors or industry sector factors within 20 trading days before the first announcement date of this transaction.
