Reply to inquiry letter on abnormal fluctuation of stock trading
Elion Clean Energy Company Limited(600277) (the “company”):
Elion Resources Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “elion group”) has received the inquiry letter on the abnormal fluctuation of the company’s stock trading. After self inspection, the reply is as follows:
Elion group is the controlling shareholder of the company. Up to now, elion group has no major information that should be disclosed but not disclosed involving the company, including but not limited to planning major asset restructuring, share issuance, share repurchase, equity incentive, bankruptcy reorganization and other major matters involving listed companies.
Except for the disclosed changes in shareholders’ equity involved in the agreed transfer of the company’s shares held by elion group, elion group did not buy or sell the company’s shares during the company’s stock transaction.
