Announcement on resignation of supervisors of the company

The board of supervisors of Sichuan Development Lomon Co.Ltd(002312) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received a written resignation report from Ms. Cao Yanhui, the supervisor of the company, on February 10, 2022. Ms. Cao Yanhui applied to resign as a supervisor of the company due to work arrangements and other reasons. After Ms. Cao Yanhui resigned as a supervisor of the company, she no longer held any position in the company. According to the company law, the guidelines for self-regulation of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 – standardized operation of listed companies on the main board, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Ms. Cao Yanhui’s resignation will lead to the number of the company’s board of supervisors lower than the legal minimum. Ms. Cao Yanhui’s resignation report will take effect only after the company’s general meeting elects new supervisors. During this period, Ms. Cao Yanhui still needs to continue to perform the duties of supervisor, and the normal operation of the company’s board of supervisors will not be affected. The company will elect new supervisors as soon as possible in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of the articles of association.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Cao Yanhui did not hold the company’s shares.
