Announcement on resignation of directors

The board of directors of Nyocor Co.Ltd(600821) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Kang Rui, a non independent director of the board of directors of the company. Mr. Kang Rui applied to resign as a director and member of the special committee of the 10th board of directors of the company due to job adjustment, and will no longer hold any position in the company after his resignation. Mr. Kang Rui’s resignation will not cause the number of members of the company’s board of directors to be lower than the quorum and will not affect the normal operation of the company’s board of directors. According to the company law, the articles of association and relevant systems, his resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
