China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(000999) (hereinafter referred to as ” China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(000999) ” or “the company”) recently received the reply of the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council on China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(000999) implementing the restricted stock incentive plan (Guo Zi kaofen [2022] No. 43) forwarded by China Resources (Group) Co., Ltd. the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council agreed in principle to China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd(000999) implementing the restricted stock incentive plan.
Matters related to the company’s restricted stock incentive plan need to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation.
