After the enterprise confirms the supply, the two-way selection is successful. If both parties choose the product successfully, it is the selected product. The unselected quantity to be allocated is reassigned by the purchasing entity to other selected products in the same purchase package. For medical institutions, they still retain a large right to choose products, which is conducive to different medical institutions to make differentiated product choices according to their own characteristics, and enterprises can also choose the supply scope according to their own supply capacity.
The work flow of centralized purchase is compact, and the policy is expected to be implemented quickly. The specific process of the work plan of the alliance centralized purchase is divided into six steps: 1) determine the upper limit of supply price, 2) determine the declared products, 3) collect the historical procurement data and intended procurement volume of the purchasing subject, 4) the quotation of the declaring enterprise for the declared products, 5) the two-way selection between the declaring enterprise and the purchasing subject, and 6) sign an agreement.
