Announcement on resignation of supervisors of the company

Beijing Haohua Energy Resource Co.Ltd(601101) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) received a letter from the sponsor shareholder of the company, coal science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “coal science and Technology Institute”) and the resignation report of Mr. Yang Qinggong, the supervisor of the company, on February 9, 2022. Mr. Yang Qinggong decided to resign as a supervisor of the company due to his personal actual situation.
According to the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association, Mr. Yang Qinggong’s resignation did not cause the number of members of the board of supervisors to be lower than the quorum, and his resignation will not affect the normal operation of the board of supervisors. The company will complete the election of new supervisors as soon as possible in accordance with relevant legal procedures.
During his tenure as supervisor of the company, Mr. Yang Qinggong worked diligently and played a positive role in promoting the standardized operation and healthy development of the company.
