The bank recently received the reply of Henan banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau on the approval of song Ke Bank Of Zhengzhou Co.Ltd(002936) independent director (Yu Yin Bao Jian Fu [2022] No. 15) issued by Henan regulatory bureau of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, approving the qualification of Mr. Song Ke as an independent director of the bank. Since the date of approval of Mr. Song Ke’s qualification, Mr. Wu Ge has ceased to serve as an independent non-executive director and a special committee of the board of directors of the bank. Mr. Wu Ge has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board of directors of the bank and has no other matters that should be brought to the attention of shareholders and creditors of the bank after his resignation.
