With the approval of China Securities Regulatory Commission's zjxk [2021] No. 3861 document, Bank Of Qingdao Co.Ltd(002948) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the bank") allotted shares to H-share shareholders in the proportion of 3 shares for every 10 shares in accordance with the H-share rights issue articles of association. The number of H-shares that can be allotted this time is 528910494 shares, and the allotment has actually been completed.
1、 Issuance results of H-share allotment
The bank's H-share allotment was completed on January 28, 2022. As of January 28, 2022, the bank had received a total of 61 applications for H-share allotment, with the amount of 513050016 shares subscribed, accounting for 97.00% of the H-share placeable shares. Among them, 37 applications for provisional allotment to shareholders are subscribed according to the proportion of 3 shares per 10 shares, and the amount of subscribed allotment is 218566894 shares; There are 24 applications for additional subscription of H-share allotment, and the subscription amount of allotment is 294483122 shares. The above allotment shares will be fully allotted to the applicant. According to the H-share allotment underwriting agreement, the underwriters have facilitated relevant investors to subscribe for the remaining 15860478 H-share allotments, accounting for 3.00% of the H-share placeable shares.

The total amount of funds raised in the a + H share allotment is 4.196 billion yuan, of which the total amount of funds raised in the a share allotment is 2.502 billion yuan and the total amount of funds raised in the H share allotment is 1.695 billion yuan. The total issuance cost of a + H shares is RMB 40 million (excluding tax, the same below), of which the issuance cost of A-Shares is RMB 20 million and the issuance cost of H shares is RMB 20 million. The net fund raised from a + H share allotment was 4.156 billion yuan, including 2.481 billion yuan from a share allotment and 1.675 billion yuan from H share allotment. As of the date of this announcement, the bank has received all subscription funds for a + H allotment.
