Announcement on the retirement of the head of internal audit

The board of directors of Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group Co.Ltd(002353) (hereinafter referred to as "the company") recently received a written resignation report submitted by Ms. LV Rui, the person in charge of internal audit of the company. Ms. LV Rui applied to the board of directors of the company for resignation as the head of internal audit because she reached the legal retirement age. After leaving office, she will not hold any position in the company.
According to the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, Ms. LV Rui's resignation report takes effect from the date when it is delivered to the board of directors of the company. Her resignation as the head of internal audit of the company will not affect the daily operation of the company. The board of directors of the company will appoint a new head of internal audit as soon as possible in accordance with legal procedures.
