The term of office of the seventh board of directors and the seventh board of supervisors of China United Travel Co.Ltd(600358) (hereinafter referred to as ” China United Travel Co.Ltd(600358) ” or “the company”) will expire on February 14, 2022. At present, the company is actively preparing for the transition. Since the nomination of candidates for directors and supervisors of the new board of directors has not been completed, in order to ensure the continuity of the work of the board of directors and the board of supervisors, the general election of the board of directors and the board of supervisors of the company will be postponed accordingly, and the term of office of each special committee of the board of directors and senior managers will be postponed accordingly.
