Beijing Shunxin Agriculture Co.Ltd(000860) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) held the 12th meeting of the 8th board of directors on April 13, 2021, deliberated and adopted the proposals on renewing the company’s 2021 annual financial report audit institution and the company’s 2021 annual internal control audit institution, Beijing Xinghua Certified Public Accountants (special general partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “Xinghua certified public accountants”) is reappointed as the company’s 2021 financial report audit institution and internal control audit institution. The above proposal has been deliberated and approved by the company’s 2020 annual general meeting of shareholders. Recently, the company received the letter on changing the signature accountant of audit in 2021 from Xinghua certified public accountants. Xinghua certified public accountants, as the audit institution of the company’s financial statements and internal control in 2021, originally appointed Bu Xiaoli and Ma Yunwei as the signature certified public accountants to provide audit services for the company. Due to the work adjustment of Ma Yunwei, the original signing certified public accountant, Xinghua certified public accountants now appoints Zhang Yanfei to replace Ma Yunwei as the signing certified public accountant of the company’s 2021 financial statements and internal control audit to continue to complete relevant work. After the change, the signature Certified Public Accountants of the company’s 2021 financial statements and internal control are Bu Xiaoli and Zhang Yanfei.
2、 Signature accountant information of this change
Signature certified public accountant: Ms. Zhang Yanfei, who became a Chinese certified public accountant in 2007, began to engage in the audit of Listed Companies in 2005, began to practice in the firm in 2007 and began to provide audit services for the company in 2021; Six audit reports of listed companies have been signed in the past three years. In the past three years, Ms. Zhang Yanfei has not been subject to criminal punishment or administrative punishment for her professional behavior, nor to the supervision and management measures of securities regulatory institutions or the self-discipline supervision measures and disciplinary sanctions of stock exchanges, industry associations and other self-discipline organizations; There is no violation of the independence requirements of the code of professional ethics for Chinese certified public accountants.
During this change, the relevant work arrangements will be handed over in an orderly manner, and the changes will not have an impact on the company’s 2021 financial statements and internal control audit.
