In order to effectively revitalize the stock rights and interests and maintain and increase the value of state-owned assets, CLP carried out refinancing securities lending business and sent a letter to inform the company that it would lend part of its shares to China Securities Finance Corporation Limited within 6 months after 15 trading days from October 7, 2021, with the number of shares lent not exceeding 9890000, That is, not more than 2% of the total share capital of the company. The ownership of the shares involved in the refinancing securities lending business will not be transferred.
