(hereinafter referred to as “the company”) issued 378268000 ordinary shares in RMB for the first time in 2020, and the net amount of funds raised was RMB 2500000000.00. 2、 Cancellation of special account for raised funds
In view of the fact that the investment projects raised by the company’s initial public offering of shares have been completed and have reached the usable state, in order to further improve the use efficiency of the raised funds and meet the needs of the company’s daily production and operation activities, the company plans to close all the investment projects raised by the initial public offering of shares after deliberation and approval at the second meeting of the second board of directors and the second meeting of the second board of supervisors, Permanently replenish the surplus raised funds to the working capital and cancel the corresponding special account for raised funds [see the announcement on the closing of initial public offering raised investment projects and permanently replenishing the surplus raised funds to the working capital disclosed by the company on January 25, 2022 (2022-006)].
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the balances of the two special accounts for raised funds (account numbers 3100214129000126509 and 31002114129000128038 respectively) opened by the company and its subsidiary Chongqing Sanfeng Yulin environmental protection power generation Co., Ltd. in Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Limited(601398) Chongqing Jianshe village sub branch have been transferred out to the general account of the company to supplement working capital. The cancellation procedures of the above two special accounts for raised funds have been completed, The supervision agreement on the storage of the special account for raised funds signed by the company, Chongqing Sanfeng Yulin environmental protection power generation Co., Ltd., the sponsor and the deposit bank of the corresponding special account for raised funds has also been terminated accordingly.
