The accounting firm and law firm employed by Guangzhou Port Company Limited(601228) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) for the non-public offering of A-Shares in 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “the offering”) were filed for investigation by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CSRC”), On January 26, 2022, the company received the notice on suspension of examination of administrative license application issued by the CSRC (No. 213453). For details, see the announcement on receiving the notice on suspension of examination of administrative license application issued by the CSRC (No. 2022-004) issued by the company on January 28, 2022.
As of the date of this announcement, the intermediary agency hired by the company for this issuance has performed a comprehensive review procedure for the company’s issue in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the CSRC, and officially issued a review report. As the conditions for submitting the application for resumption of review have been met, the company has submitted the application documents for the application for resumption of review of the offering to the CSRC.
