Tus Environmental Science And Technology Development Co.Ltd(000826) (hereinafter referred to as “the company” or ” Tus Environmental Science And Technology Development Co.Ltd(000826) “) convened the 42nd meeting of the ninth board of directors and the 33rd meeting of the ninth board of supervisors on January 22, 2021, deliberated and adopted the proposal on City Development Environment Co.Ltd(000885) providing financial assistance to the company and providing guarantee to the company’s holding subsidiaries, The City Development Environment Co.Ltd(000885) (hereinafter referred to as ” City Development Environment Co.Ltd(000885) “) shall provide the company with financial assistance of no more than 290 million yuan through entrusted loans and other ways in accordance with laws and regulations.
