A few days ago, Huatai Securities Co.Ltd(601688) (hereinafter referred to as "the company") received the official reply of China Securities Regulatory Commission on approving Huatai Securities Co.Ltd(601688) to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors for registration (zjxk [2022] No. 161). The reply is as follows:
1、 We agree to the registration application for the company to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value of no more than 60 billion yuan to professional investors.
2、 The issuance of corporate bonds shall be carried out in strict accordance with the prospectus submitted to Shanghai Stock Exchange. 3、 The reply shall be valid for 24 months from the date of consent to registration, and the company may issue corporate bonds by stages during the period of validity of registration.
4、 From the date of consent to registration to the end of the issuance of corporate bonds, the company shall report any major event in time and deal with it in accordance with relevant regulations.
