Announcement on resignation of directors of the company
The board of directors and all directors of the company guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in the contents of this announcement, and bear individual and joint liabilities for the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of its contents. Mr. Hua Jun, the director of the company, submitted his resignation report to the board of directors on January 30, 2022. Mr. Hua Jun proposed to resign as a director of the company for personal reasons. The members of the remuneration and assessment committee under the board of directors, as well as the directors and chairman of the subsidiary also resigned. After his resignation, Mr. Hua Jun will no longer hold any position in the company.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Hua Jun’s resignation did not cause the number of members of the company’s board of directors to be lower than the minimum quorum, which will not affect the normal operation of the company’s board of directors. His resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
