For details, the company disclosed the announcement on the receipt of the letter of acceptance by the wholly-owned subsidiary (Announcement No.: 2021-150) on December 23, 2021.

Recently, the company received the construction project construction contract (general contracting project for construction of HUANGSHENG Fengcheng commercial street and residential project) signed and effective by Guohai construction and Fengcheng Huangrun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the employer”).
