(hereinafter referred to as “Meike chemical”) held by shareholders such as Xinjiang Zhongtai Petrochemical Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhongtai petrochemical”) by issuing shares and convertible corporate bonds, And issue shares and convertible corporate bonds (if any) to qualified specific investors to raise supporting funds.
Upon the application of the company to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the trading of the company’s shares will be suspended from the opening of the market on January 17, 2022 (Monday), and the estimated time will not exceed 10 trading days.
