Announcement on the acceptance of the application for non-public offering of shares by the CSRC

Wuxi Nce Power Co.Ltd(605111) (hereinafter referred to as the “company”) received the acceptance form of administrative license application of CSRC (acceptance No.: 220225) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “CSRC”) on January 29, 2022. China Securities Regulatory Commission has examined the application materials for administrative license submitted by the company for the approval of non-public Development Bank shares of listed companies (A-share main board of Shanghai Stock Exchange, main board of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and B-share) according to law. It considers that all the materials of the application are complete and in line with the legal form, and decides to accept the application for administrative license.
The company’s non-public offering of shares still needs to be approved by the CSRC, and there is still uncertainty about whether it can be approved and the time of final approval. The company will timely perform the obligation of information disclosure in strict accordance with the provisions and requirements of relevant laws and regulations according to the review progress of the application by the CSRC.
