Hangzhou Songcheng Performance Development Co.Ltd(300144) Valley Science, technology and Culture Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hangzhou Songcheng”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Songcheng Performance Development Co.Ltd(300144) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”), recently received the certificate of high tech enterprise jointly issued by Zhejiang Provincial Department of science and technology, Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of finance, State Administration of Taxation and Zhejiang Provincial Bureau of taxation. The certificate number is gr202133000203 and is valid for three years.
According to the administrative measures for the recognition of high-tech enterprises and the enterprise income tax law of the people’s Republic of China jointly issued by the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation, the company can apply for the preferential tax policy of levying enterprise income tax at a reduced tax rate of 15% within three years after obtaining the qualification for the recognition of high-tech enterprises.
