Recently, Qiaoyin City Management Co.Ltd(002973) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) won the bid for the environmental sanitation market-oriented service project in Donghu District. The details are announced as follows:
1、 Basic information of the project
1. Project name: Donghu District Environmental Sanitation market-oriented service project;
2. Purchaser: Nanchang Donghu Urban Construction Investment Development Co., Ltd;
3. Purchasing agency: Jiangxi Zhongyang Engineering Co., Ltd;
4. Bid winning (transaction) amount: 47176373.48 yuan / year;
5. Service period: the “1 + 3 + 3 + 3” mode is adopted, in which the first year is the trial operation period, and the district urban investment company will sign a one-year service contract with the bid winning enterprise; If the operation quality of the winning enterprise is good during the trial operation and the average score of the annual assessment is higher than 85 (inclusive), the first three-year contract shall be signed; If the average score of each annual assessment of the winning enterprise is higher than 85 (inclusive) in the first three-year service period, the second three-year contract shall be renewed; If the bid winning enterprise has an average score of more than 85 (inclusive) in each annual assessment during the second three-year service period, the third three-year contract shall be renewed;
