For personal reasons, Mr. Liu Weijie applied to resign as a director and President of the company. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any other positions in the company. The reason for his resignation is consistent with the actual situation. During the vacancy of the president of the company, Mr. Liu Xiaofeng, vice president of the company, will perform the duties of president and legal representative on behalf of him. The resignation of Mr. Liu Weijie will not affect the normal progress of relevant work of the company.
