Announcement on the resignation of the company’s chief financial officer

The board of directors of Anshan Heavy Duty Mining Machinery Co.Ltd(002667) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a written resignation report submitted by Mr. Cai Xiaochun, the chief financial officer. Mr. Cai Xiaochun applied to resign as the chief financial officer of the company for personal reasons and no longer held any position in the company and its subsidiaries after resignation.
According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, Mr. Cai Xiaochun’s resignation report takes effect when it is delivered to the board of directors. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Cai Xiaochun does not hold shares of the company.
Mr. Cai Xiaochun’s resignation will not affect the normal development of relevant work of the company.
