The company has fulfilled the necessary internal decision-making procedures for closing stores, and properly resettled employees in strict accordance with the relevant procedures of the company, so as to reduce the losses of the company and safeguard the legitimate interests of the company.
The one-time loss caused by closing stores mainly includes contract termination loss, one-time amortization of amortized value of long-term deferred expenses such as decoration, loss of net value of non transferable fixed assets, termination loss of operating merchants, inventory loss, compensation expenditure for employee placement, etc. 18 stores actually closed by the company in the second half of 2021,
