1. During the reporting period, due to the rise in the prices of bulk raw materials such as aluminum and copper and chips, the material cost of the company increased more than that in 2020;
2. During the reporting period, due to the downturn of the large and medium-sized bus industry and the low level of production and sales in recent years, the sales revenue of the company’s large and medium-sized bus thermal management related products decreased significantly compared with 2020;
3. Due to the acquisition of Jingbin Dayang cooling and heating industry (Dalian) Co., Ltd. (now renamed Songzhi Dayang cooling and heating technology (Dalian) Co., Ltd.), a non operating income of 74.8503 million yuan was formed in the performance in 2020, which is a non recurring profit and loss. This income is not included in the performance in 2021.
