Zhejiang Busen Garments Co.Ltd(002569) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) received the notice of China Securities Regulatory Commission on case filing (Zheng Jian Li Jian Li Jian Zi No. 01120201013) on December 3, 2021. Because the company is suspected of violating laws and regulations in information disclosure, the China Securities Regulatory Commission decided to file a case for investigation in accordance with the securities law of the people’s Republic of China, the administrative punishment law of the people’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations. On December 4, 2021, the company disclosed the announcement on receiving the notice of filing a case from the CSRC (Announcement No.: 2021-158) on the designated information disclosure media, and on January 5, 2022, the announcement on the progress of filing an investigation and risk warning (Announcement No.: 2022-001) on the designated information disclosure media. As of the date of this announcement, the above investigation is still in progress, and the company has not received the concluding opinions or decisions of the CSRC on the above investigation matters.
