In December 2021, the company added one new real estate project, as follows:
1. Shandong Jinan Jiaxuan cultural tourism city project phase I. The project is located to the east of Jiaxuan road and to the north of Lingang North Road. The land area of the project is about 221800 square meters, the plot ratio is 1.72, the capacity building area is about 380700 square meters, the land use is commercial and residential land, and the total land price is 740 million yuan. The company owns 70% of the equity of the project.
For the above projects, the equity proportion of the company in the project may change in the future due to the introduction of partners for joint development and other reasons. The equity ratio disclosed at present is only for periodic reference of investors.
