Jiao Zuo Wan Fang Aluminum Manufacturing Co.Ltd(000612) (hereinafter referred to as ” Jiao Zuo Wan Fang Aluminum Manufacturing Co.Ltd(000612) ” or “the company”) held the 26th meeting of the 8th board of directors on January 27, 2022, deliberated and adopted the proposal on external donation to support epidemic prevention and control.
The details are as follows:
1、 Overview of external donations
Recently, covid-19 pneumonia cases occurred in Luoyang, Zhengzhou, Xuchang, Anyang and other places in Henan Province, highlighting the pressure of epidemic prevention and control. In order to fulfill the social responsibility of the listed company, the company will purchase a batch of epidemic prevention materials with a value of no more than 1.5 million yuan and donate them to the people’s Government of Macun District, Jiaozuo City to support the local epidemic prevention and control.
According to the Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the company held the 26th meeting of the 8th board of directors on January 27, 2022, and considered and adopted the proposal on external donation to support epidemic prevention and control. This proposal can be implemented after being approved by the board of directors without submitting it to the general meeting of shareholders for approval.
This donation does not involve related party transactions, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization stipulated in the administrative measures for major asset reorganization of listed companies.

The company’s donation is to support the epidemic prevention and control work in Macun District, Jiaozuo City. It is the practice of the company to actively fulfill its corporate social responsibility and give back to the society.
