Announcement on replacing the sponsor representative of continuous supervision

Avic Electromechanical Systems Co.Ltd(002013) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) recently received a notice from AVIC Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “AVIC securities”), the sponsor of the company’s public offering of convertible corporate bonds. Mr. Ma Wei, the sponsor representative originally appointed by AVIC securities, is no longer responsible for the continuous supervision of the company due to personal changes. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the company’s continuous supervision, AVIC securities appointed Mr. Yu Jianxiao (attached to the resume) to replace Mr. Ma Wei as the company’s continuous supervision and recommendation representative to continue to perform the recommendation duties.
After the change of the sponsor representative, the sponsor representatives of AVIC securities in charge of the continuous supervision of the company’s public issuance of convertible corporate bonds are Ms. Yang Jing and Mr. Yu Jianxiao.
