The nomination, appointment procedures and voting results of the company’s senior managers comply with relevant laws, regulations and the articles of association. It is agreed that the company will appoint Mr. Zhou Yanlong as the general manager of the company, Ms. Shi Lei as the deputy general manager and chief financial officer of the company, Mr. Ning Hao and Ms. Lu Wei as the deputy general manager of the company, and Ms. Tang Ying as the general legal adviser and Secretary of the board of directors of the company.
