1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
The first meeting of the ninth session of the board of supervisors of China China Quanjude(Group) Co.Ltd(002186) (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held in conference room 517 of the company on January 27, 2022. The notice of this meeting was sent to all supervisors by telephone, in writing or e-mail on January 17, 2022. The meeting was presided over by Ms. Gao Yuhong, the supervisor. There were 5 supervisors who should attend the meeting and 5 supervisors who actually attended the meeting.
