Cnnc Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide Co.Ltd(002145) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) applied for the non-public offering of shares in 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “this offering”) and obtained the acceptance form of administrative license application of CSRC (acceptance No.: 212622) issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “CSRC”) on October 11, 2021. On October 25, 2021, the company received the notice of feedback on the examination of administrative licensing projects issued by the CSRC (acceptance No.: 212622), and the company has submitted relevant documents of feedback reply to the CSRC.
Recently, the company received the notice of suspension of examination of administrative license application from CSRC (acceptance No.: 212622) issued by CSRC. During the process of examining the administrative license of the company’s application documents for this issuance, the non-public offering audit institution hired by the company was filed for investigation by CSRC, In accordance with the relevant provisions of item (III) of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the provisions on the implementation procedures of administrative licensing of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the CSRC decided to suspend the examination of the company’s application for this issuance.
This issuance of the company and the company has nothing to do with the above-mentioned intermediaries being filed for investigation. The suspension of the review of this issuance will not have a significant adverse impact on the company’s production and business activities.
