1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
The notice of the 29th meeting of the Fifth Board of supervisors of Dalian My Gym Education Technology Co.Ltd(002621) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was sent by e-mail on January 24, 2022, and the meeting was held at 10:30 on January 27, 2022 by on-site combined with communication voting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Wen Shuai, chairman of the board of supervisors. Three supervisors should attend the meeting and three actually attended the meeting.
