1、 Convening of the board of directors
The notice of the 51st meeting of the 5th board of directors of Dalian My Gym Education Technology Co.Ltd(002621) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was sent by e-mail on January 24, 2022. The meeting was held at 10:30 a.m. on January 27, 2022 in combination with communication voting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Zhang Shulin, chairman of the board. 9 directors should attend the meeting, and 9 actually attended the meeting, Ms. Zhu gujia, the director, entrusted Ms. Shi Yu in writing to attend the meeting and exercise the voting right for personal reasons. The meeting was held in accordance with the company law of the people’s Republic of China and other laws and regulations and the provisions of the Dalian My Gym Education Technology Co.Ltd(002621) articles of association.
