Announcement on the election of employee supervisors of the 11th board of supervisors

The 10th board of supervisors of China Security Co.Ltd(600654) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) has expired. According to the company law, the securities law, the Listing Rules of Shanghai Stock Exchange and other laws and regulations, normative documents and the relevant provisions of the articles of association, the company held a staff congress in the company’s conference room on January 27, 2022. After deliberation by the employee representatives attending the meeting, Ms. Chen Yanan was elected as the employee representative supervisor of the 11th board of supervisors of the company (Ms. Chen Yanan’s resume is attached).
Ms. Chen Yanan will form the 11th board of supervisors of the company together with two supervisors elected by the general meeting of shareholders of the company.
