Announcement of resolutions of the first meeting of the 11th board of supervisors

1、 Meetings of the board of supervisors
The first meeting of the 11th board of supervisors of China Security Co.Ltd(600654) (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) was held by on-site combined with communication voting at 17:00 p.m. on January 27, 2022. The meeting notice shall be sent to all supervisors by telephone and e-mail. There are 3 supervisors who should attend the meeting and 3 supervisors who actually attended the meeting. The meeting is presided over by Mr. Wang Xu, who is jointly elected by more than half of the supervisors of the company. The convening, convening and voting procedures of the meeting comply with the relevant provisions of the company law and the articles of association.
