Announcement on resignation of directors of the company

Recently, the board of directors of Yunnan Aluminium Co.Ltd(000807) (hereinafter referred to as ” Yunnan Aluminium Co.Ltd(000807) ” or “the company”) received the resignation report submitted in writing by Mr. Xu Feng and Mr. Ding Jilin. Mr. Xu Feng resigned as a director (vice chairman) of the company, a member of the strategy committee of the board of directors and a member of the nomination committee of the board of directors; Mr. Ding Jilin resigned as a director of the company, a member of the strategy committee of the board of directors and a member of the nomination committee of the board of directors. According to the company law, the articles of association and other relevant provisions, the resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Xu Feng does not hold shares of the company, and Mr. Ding Jilin holds 10000 shares of the company. Mr. Ding Jilin promises to strictly abide by the provisions on the reduction of shares held by outgoing directors of Listed Companies in the detailed rules for the implementation of the reduction of shares held by shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior managers of Listed Companies in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other relevant provisions.
