Xilong Scientific Co.Ltd(002584) (hereinafter referred to as ” Xilong Scientific Co.Ltd(002584) ” or “the company”) received the letter of concern on Xilong Scientific Co.Ltd(002584) issued by the second Department of management of listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange [company department concern letter [2022] No. 32] (hereinafter referred to as “concern letter”) on January 24, 2022, requesting the company to make a written explanation on the issues in the concern letter, Relevant explanatory materials shall be submitted to the second management department before January 27, 2022, and a copy shall be submitted to the dispatched office at the same time.
