The opinions mentioned that the implementation of equity and dividend incentive policies for state-owned science and technology enterprises. We will steadily push forward the reform of the marketing system of Baijiu enterprises. Continuously enhance the influence of China international big data industry expo, China (Guizhou) International Wine Expo, China ASEAN Education Exchange Week and other exhibition activities.
The Opinions also proposed to implement a new round of strategic action for prospecting breakthroughs, support Guizhou to increase the green exploration, development and utilization of resources such as phosphorus, aluminum, manganese, gold, fluorite and barite, accelerate the fine development of phosphorus chemical industry and high-end non-ferrous metallurgy, and build an important resource intensive processing base in China. Support the layout and construction of key spare parts, key materials, key equipment and other industrial backup bases. We will promote the development of the intensive processing industry of characteristic foods and traditional Chinese medicine, and support the inclusion of Guizhou Miao medicine and other national medicines that meet the requirements in the Pharmacopoeia of the people’s Republic of China.
