The reporter learned from China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. on January 25 that the Xishan tunnel, the longest tunnel in phase I (Yiwu Wenzhou section) of the newly-built Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway (hereinafter referred to as Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway), was successfully opened on January 25.
Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway phase I (Yiwu Wenzhou section) has a total length of 218km. There are 7 stations along the line, including Yiwu, Hengdian, Pan’an, Xianju, Nanxijiang, Yongjia and South Wenzhou. The design speed of the line is 350km per hour. Xishan tunnel is located in Taizhou City and Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a total length of about 9300M. It is the longest tunnel and control project of Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway phase I. there are unfavorable geology such as high temperature, water gushing and rock burst on the working face, so the construction is difficult.
At present, the construction of Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway phase I project has entered the decisive stage of running through the whole line. In response to the initiative of the local Chinese new year, the on-site construction personnel of relevant projects take the initiative to stay at the construction site during the Spring Festival, do a good job in the project construction during the festival, and ensure that the construction tasks are completed according to the established time nodes.
It is reported that Hangzhou Wenzhou Railway is a common prosperity Road and the most beautiful poetry and painting corridor connecting the north and south of Zhejiang. It is constructed in phase I (Yiwu Wenzhou section) and phase II (Hangzhou Yiwu section). After the railway is completed and put into operation, the rich tourism resources in Hangzhou, Jinhua, Taizhou, Wenzhou and other places will be connected in series, and Xianju, Pan’an, Dongyang, Pujiang and other places along the line will officially enter the era of high-speed railway, which is of great significance to improve the layout of regional road network, build a “one hour” traffic circle in Zhejiang Province, and promote the coordinated development of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta.
