Cao Yanli, female, Han nationality, born in June 1963 in Xishui, Guizhou, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a college degree. She started working in September 1983 and joined the Communist Party of China in February 2000.
From September 1983 to January 2008, successively worked in China Construction Bank Corporation(601939) Kunming Branch, Kunming Zhongshan City Credit Union, Kunming City cooperative bank and Kunming commercial bank;
