“New services cannot be made with old methods. We should establish digital services and take the development path of ‘platform’, ‘digitization’ and ‘product’.” On January 21, sun zaichen, executive vice president of Beijing Lawyers Law Research Association, stressed at the southern Financial Law Summit Forum.
Taking the 14th five year plan for the development of digital economy issued by the State Council on November 12, 2021 as the introduction point, sun zaichen focused on the necessity of establishing digital services under the background of the new business format of the Internet.
Taking the development of the current financial system as practical experience, sun zaichen combed the overall logic of digital services. He said, ” the service model, logic, breadth and depth of services needed in the development process, as well as the corresponding changes in service content, cannot be achieved in the traditional way .”
Sun zaichen emphasized the development path of “platform”, “digitization” and “product”, and finally gave the future operation mode of “integration”.
In the development of “platform”, sun zaichen put forward the service construction mode of Yinghe platform. Yinghe platform is the core of building digital legal services. It covers more than 100 countries and regions in Wuxi Online Offline Communication Information Technology Co.Ltd(300959) and provides legal digital services for hundreds of law firms.
In the aspect of “digitization”, sun zaichen introduced the platform’s online channel legal technology, Fada and win net. Among them, France has cooperation with banks, platform companies, notarization, insurance, industry and Commerce and real estate bureaus; Win net has made great progress in channel, platform construction and product construction.
Sun zaichen also took Kindle law digital law firm as an example to deeply explain the “product” digital service mode. Kindle law innovates the digital legal system with four core functions.
The first is case collection. The Kindle law case distribution system contains cases, regulations, laws and other contents, including 120 million data of the Supreme Court, which solves the uncertainty and insecurity of traditional lawyers looking for by search engines.
The second is the law firm management platform. Sun zaichen explained that the Kindle law adopts the o2o solution, which can achieve online order distribution + offline execution, and increase the efficiency and robustness of law firm management.
The third is internal business collaboration. Sun zaichen said that “a mobile phone is a law firm” under the conditions of the Internet. He took the usage of signing a contract with Fada as an example. From electronic payment, electronic official seal and electronic invoice to coordination, case closing, settlement and monetary payment, he can truly achieve virtual law firm and unmanned law firm.
The fourth is the external coordination between lawyers and customers. Sun zaichen takes the disposal of non-performing assets as an example. Compared with the port processing method of banking institutions, the system can see the trend of cases, the processing of each case, and process them synchronously in real time.
“Traditionally, we rent a building. There are 20 administrative personnel in the building, several of whom are sealed. When you go to the law firm to get the invoice and get the formalities, the director has to sign. I think this era should be over.” He said.
Finally, sun zaichen takes the “integration” model as the development model of digital service. He said that the so-called integration is similar to the core of the Internet, ” the core of the Internet is not for all but for use, and everyone jointly creates value. The future service is not who I am, Party A, Party B and who is the service provider, just as the essence between a law firm and a lawyer should be a cooperative relationship, not a management relationship. “
Sun zaichen believes that in the future of integration, there should also be a cooperative relationship between lawyers and customers. This cooperative mechanism is a more long-term mechanism. The digital legal platform can better serve lawyers and promote the formation of cooperation mechanism.
