On January 21, Fengguang precision (430510, BJ) and jingsai Technology (871981, BJ) successively disclosed the annual performance forecast for 2021.
Fengguang precision expects the net profit attributable to the parent company to be 48 million yuan to 51 million yuan in 2021, with a year-on-year increase of 43.62% ~ 52.60%. Jingsai technology expects the net profit attributable to the parent company to be 60 million yuan ~ 68 million yuan in 2021, with a year-on-year increase of 92.48% ~ 118.15%.
Fengguang precision said that there were three reasons for the growth of employment season. The first one was that during the reporting period, the company had strong demand in downstream industries, achieved good results in market expansion, and the operating revenue of semiconductor equipment manufacturing products and industrial automation products increased compared with the same period of last year.
Jingsai technology also mentioned that during the reporting period, the downstream market of quartz crystal oscillator was relatively prosperous, the company’s market development was carried out in an orderly manner, the new production capacity was released steadily, and the production and sales increased at the same time, resulting in a significant year-on-year increase in the company’s current performance.
Downstream demand has driven upstream companies in two different industrial chains. Fengguang precision’s customers are leading enterprises in the field of industrial automation, auto parts, semiconductors and rail transit. According to the 2020 annual report, its top five customers are atlas, Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp(600699) , Yaskawa Electric Co., Ltd., Guangyang Technology Research Co., Ltd. and THK Co., Ltd.
Jingsai technology is mainly engaged in the design, R & D, production and sales of quartz crystal oscillator and packaging materials. Quartz crystal oscillator is a frequency component and an indispensable basic component for all kinds of electronic products.
